Rough Country lift

ok here is the deal. I was looking through the local classifieds and I came across a brand new 3" Rough Country lift with the front coil springs, front pivot point drop down brackets, rear blocks, u bolts, and hardware for $75. The thing is it is 4 years and if I remember correctly didn't they redesign there drop brackets like 2 years ago? Do you think I should pick up this kit? Gears and tires recommend - 32's or 33's with 4.10's?

ya 3.0, I was planning on doing the explorer axle swap here soon so all i have to do is regear the front. I'm running 31's w/ 3.73 and wishing i had 4.10's, it's only bad on hill on country roads highway doesnt bother me

just to warn ya...TRIM YOUR PASSENGER SIDE DROP BRACKET!!! i punctured my diff on my 93 with that same kit...but its a good kit for a pavment pounder truck...but if ya do offroading...not really the one for ya...duff or SJ even a tuffcountry lift isnt a bad one. but for the money its worth it...new is 500$ comes with shocks pitman arm whole 9 yards. just some FYI for ya...be cautious on it oh...AND TIRE SIZE.. they recommend a 31'' tire ; )
HERES A PIC OF MY OLD RIG : ) sittin on 32's (just did a suspension lift)

i put a rough country lift on my 89 the first time i lifted it. once the kit was on there i had no problems but getting it on there was a huge problem. i had to alter every bracket i put on to make the bolt holes line up. i got to know a rat tail file very well during that install. i will never buy another one.

no drop pitman arm and swaybar links?
is it for a 2wd or 4wd?

$75 is a good deal, the kit costs $300 new.
