Lifted Rear Leaf Springs...Options?

Alright, most of you know i swapped my ranger springs with an AAL to the Pro-Comp Chevy springs. Well, i don't care for the ride of the chevy springs (too bouncy)..

Before i make up my mind and go back to Ranger springs, do i have any options as far as new chevy springs? I know its going to be hard for you guys find something because you dont really know the ride of my truck, besides those who have driven it - Zach (Zabeard)

Overall im just looking for something that rides smooth, and takes the bumps well. I know its a truck and the springs i have now are designed for a 1/2 - 3/4 truck, which is why the ride is so bouncy... I just wondering if i stick with the chevy springs can i get a better ride?

If not, then im going to remove the chevy spring swap and go with the Ranger 4" Skyjacker lift springs. I already have the chevy drop shackle so im thinking i may need a 1" block.

Suggestions?

I think your best and cheapest option is to go to the skyjacker springs. there are some other options out there for the chevy but like we discussed nothing with the amount of lift you need.

grab youself a set of Skyjacker FR356's like I have....i am running 4" of rear lift with no blocks.....it leveled the rear with my front (6" front lift).....the ride is great and they flex well.....there is no spring wrap......i paid $475 shipped from Summit for the set...and then i replace all 4 spring hanges and the 2 shackles for $125...

The 6" springs will be too much as i have the chevy drop shackle (gives 1.5" lift?)

The 4" should work, if they don't give enough i can just toss in a 1" block. Plus they should ride even smoother than the 6" springs, right?

Do you have the 4WD or 2WD Chevy springs?

Same ones as Zach had, the ProComp chevy lift springs, I'm assuming they are for 4wd trucks,
