What shocks should I use?

Hi,
My rear leaf springs broke and when I had them fixed the shop added an extra leaf. So to level out the truck I had the torrsion bars cranked. Now the shocks are always fully extended. Should I use a longer shock? If yes who makes one for Rangers?
Thank You
