wheel spacers
the passenger side of my ranger is sagging and i want to put in a spacer. if i do this will it lift the truck at all

I wheel spacer makes the wheels and tires stick out farther. Has absolutely nothing to do with the suspension of the truck. And the sagging is the ranger lean. All rangers have them.

Post a picture. Either way wheel spacers won't do anything for lean. You probably have something wrong with a leaf, spring perch or shackle.

i think he means coil spacers.. yes coil spacers will lift the front. but what are the specs of your truck?

its the 06 sport 2wd auto all thats done to it is a stereo and a muffler

you have a sport so theres no coil springs. its a torsion bar truck. search here on this forum, how to crank your tbars. thatll lift the front.

You don't have coil springs in the back either. You can run a 1.5" block in the rear instead of the 1" that is in there now. That slight lift should make a difference.
Post a picture so we can see how much it is off.

went to a shop they said its the torsion bar any way i can lift it with the stock suspension
