Fox Emulsion Coilovers w/ 750lbs hypercoil springs
Im in the market for a different front suspension setup for the ranger so im seeing who would be interested in buying JUST the fox coil overs w/ 750lbs hypercoil springs. RCD brackets are NOT included. This will work with anyone who own the RCD or ORW front brackets with a superlift or RCD kit. Ive had these on for about a year and a half so about 20 thousand miles on them. Still a lot of life left on these and still in good condition. The threads are all great, lots of scratches and marks on the paint on the spring and shox but nothing mechanically wrong with them. They are already valved for the application. For any questions please feel free to ask either here or PM and ill try my best to answer accordingly.
Here is the specs of setup im selling:
2.0x6.5 shock from Fox:
Shock Travel: 6.50"
Extended Length: 19.35"
Collasped Length: 12.85"
Shaft size is: 5/8"
Fox Part #: 980-99-001A
750lbs 2.5" I.D. springs from Hypercoil
I dont have a pic of the coil overs yet because they are still on the truck BUT here is a pic of when i got them brand new just to give you and idea what they looks like:
I bought the Fox/Hypercoils brand new for the price of $570 dollars Shipped:
350 dollars shipped.. let me know, thanks
America is not at war. America is at the mall. Our military is at war. If you don't stand behind them, PLEASE, feel free to stand in front of them.
Just for curiousity..how come you're selling? I guess more specifically, what are you upgrading to?
Looks like a great setup. GLWS.
Since going the 5.0 swap. I feel the motor is a bit too heavy for the spring rate i have now. So i want to bump it up. Deciding to just sell the current setup used and just get all new parts since i have the money to do so. Pretty much instead of getting new springs and use the same ol shox, ill just get new springs and new shox. I like to keep both of them pretty much on the same page as far as mileage goes. Make sense?
ok...those dont look like they have the long extended mount at the bottom to clear the cv shaft? did u have to make a lower mount that was a little higher for it to clear? or did it all just work perfectly? thanks
put me in line to buy them....but id like to know ^ that first.
These worked just fine with out the extended eyelet installed but I did manage to buy the extended eyelets separate later down the road but never installed them. I'll include those too because I won't need them anymore. But to answer your question, they cleared the axles just enough so they don't hit but they do get close but don't hit.
