would these just install onto my ranger? or would i have to buy longer shocks or anything?

 

You would need longer shocks yes.

 

Yes, they bolt in your ranger. Yes, you should buy longer shocks. What I did with my truck was I bought the Bilstein 5100 series shocks since they come longer and are better then Fabtech shocks. I also installed the Fabtech upper A-arms to stop the tires from a negitive camber, but you may be able to adjust it out without them. I got them used for cheap so just put them in.
