I'd love to do that one day. Isn't there a big geocaching power line trail out there? I remember seeing something about a year ago about someone setting a new most caches in 24 hours out there or something.

 

Looks fun. Awesome scenery out there.

 

Thats why i was there ! It was taken down by the Nevada DOT and due to public out cry and news media eathing up the story of how 100's of tourist were going to California's route 66 power trail instead of Nevada. They brought it back in selected areas. Gave permits for the geocaches and its all ago. This last weekend was the kick off. We had 281 members show up out in the middle if nowhere ! I loved it. I'm from this part of the desert my whole life and still love it.
