A slow video for you guys.

it isn't to bad for 33'' tires and 3.73 gears, not ideal but it works.

when i get off the gas, listen how loud my tires are. ha

yeah i didn't change the wire, so its like 33% higher than normal. ha should of mentioned that.

i need to regear but a sas is in the future, so less i have to pay for the ifs and current axles the better.

and stock isn't the 4.0 like 210 hp and the 5.0 215?

its not full throttle though.

i tired to do a exhaust video but the phone doesn't really pick it up.

From some googling.

With a 16-valve overhead camshaft configuration and a sequential electronic fuel-injection system, the "5.0L" engine of the 1999 Mercury Mountaineer generates 215 horsepower at 4,200 rpm and 288 foot-pounds of torque at 3,300 rpm.

SOHC:
It features a variable length intake manifold and produces 210 hp (157 kW) and 254 lb·ft (344 N·m)

so 5 more hp and 34 more torque.

so bad gears + 33'' i can see why its slow :P haha

^^^ Don't forget that it's a reliable engine and nothing replaces a V8s torque. ^^^
