Tire Comfort
hey guys, ok I realize I have a truck and if im lifting it and stuff it isn't going to ride like a perfect car ride. I was just curious, im putting a body lift on, and my stock tires that are so tiny, 235x75x15 and becauase they weren't rotated by the previous owner and they are cupped and messed up pretty badly as far as a good ride goes. Im just wondering when I go up to 33x12.5 MT's, will the ride be better. I know its a MT so its not going to ride perfect like a road tire, but im meaning like the bigger sidewall and being MUCH wider tires than the stock ones. Looking for serious logical responses. Thanks, Zach.

Yeah, the ply rating of the tires is a biggy too. I know alot of fellas on here run 8-Plys, but in my opinion I would not go any higher than a 6-ply. I mean hell my dad's F-150 has 8-plys on it and those trucks weigh an easy 2,000lbs more than a ranger so the weight squishes the tires down.
But as the previous post states, running lower PSI helps with the heavier tire though.
