teflon coating

i have a set of polished aluminum AR's. everyone who says never put polished aluminum on a DD is correct. you will never know how bad polished aluminum is till you own a set. but i got a wicked deal on them and i like the style, jus not the high maintnence finish.
the finish is to the point after 5yrs DD duty that even right after i polish them you could walk up to the truck and think they need polished again. i am contemplatin havin them blasted and powdercoated.
was also interested to hear opinions on teflon coating. anyone got teflon coated rims? do you like em? are they worth the money? got pics?

also where would i go to get these rims teflon coated??
