Icon3 265/75R16's on Stock 4x4?

Would 265/75R16 Mickey Thompson ATZ or MTZ tires fit right on a stock 2008 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 currently with 255/70R16's? I want to make sure they are not going to rub or be too much tire. I am fairly confident that the tire size would work fine but I wanted to make sure.

Thanks!

I run that size but bfg all terrain. Got the rear driver's side tire to rub the corner of my flares but that's it and it was flexed out.

I'm running 265/70/16 and I can get them to rub but only when the truck is all flexed out . You will be fine with 265/75/16.
