Theese wheels plus what tires?
I know search search search. As you can see this is my first time posting but I have been reading for a while. I just need a couple straight forward answers, would be GREATLY appreciated.

I plan on buying theese wheels at Christmas. I should start off by saying I have a 2002 Ranger, 5 Speed, 2WD Work model truck. Bone stock except for a system, no lift. I plan on getting those wheels, and 31s.
First question, will those wheels work OK, the backspacing and everything, that stuff gets me sooo confused.
Number two, what 31's do you suggest I get. All theese tire codes for backspacing and stuff is like another language to me. Thanks VERY much in advance!!!
BTW. I am pretty sure I am going to rub at full lock but will it be that bad?

Welcome,,
The rims should work, im pretty sure they are exactly the same as mine.
but Im running on stock size tires,,
Check out yumcheetos' Cardomain hes got 31's on stock ranger rims,,
And most people on this site will recommend BFG's AT's
hopefully some one else will chime in with more advice,,

revos are good tires but wear fast. i have a set sitting in the garage with 20k on them and they are half gone. too early if you ask me. get great traction tho, on rain, snow, ice, dry, sand, not too bad in mud for A/Ts either.
bridgstone's older dueller A/T last for a long time and has all thre great features of the revo. my dad runs the older style A/Ts on his F150 and loves them. he got 75k out of the last ones.

Edit - Ahhh, I see you listed your truck spec's in your first post. Durrr. LOL. 2wd eh? Don't 2wd's sit a little lower then 4wd's? I'm sure someone on here with a 2wd can fill you in there weather or not they would rub.

What are you going for? Looks? Traction on road? Off Road? Smooth ride?
Looks - BFG KO T/A All Terrains
On Road - Firestone Destination LE, Bridgestone Dueler H/T
Off Road - Bridgestone Dueler A/T, A/T Revo, MT, Firestone Destination A/T, M/T, BFG KO T/A All Terrains, KM MT Mud Terrains
Smooth Ride - Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza, Firestone Destination LE, Wilderness HT, LE
I would not go with a 31, especially if it is a 4 cylinder, without regearing. I would upsize a little, fill up the wheelwell, but not that big. On my bro's truck, he has 235/70R16 H/L Alenzas and he loves them. Not too big on there, fills it up nice, and rides great.
I would also get the alignment checked soon after you get the tires on there, just so you are not wearing them funny (camber, feathering, etc.). Also, on all FIrestone/Bridgestone tires, any Firestone service center in the country will rotate them for free. They also have a lifetime alignment package that is good as long as you own the vehicle. Also, a lifetime balance package that is good as long as those tires are on the vehicle. Just something to think about.

I am gonna be doing some LIGHT offroading. Yea mine has coils, didnt know if it had torsions or not. My stepdad mentioned some tire that was pretty much a 30" that is a lot cheaper than a 31. Would it still be a good size bigger than stock? What is the stock?? Thanks for the help guys keep it coming.
