Will these 15" Positive Offset Wheels Fit my 97?

Trying to get something slightly larger onto my truck, as it came with the blasted 14" wheels that have like no tire options.

I was looking at these, which seem to be a decent deal, and unless I'm mistaken, are larger than the 225/70/14's that are currently on my truck.

It says they have positive offset, which means they are pushed further out if I'm not mistaken. Do you guys think they will fit? the bolt pattern is correct and there seems to be plenty of room in the wheel wells. Also, will going with a larger wheel/tire put extra stress on my drivetrain and suspension?
