Update- So I found a 16" rim I like and a tire as well. I currently have 225/70/14s on my truck, the rims I am looking at are 235/60/16s.

A few quick questions. My bolt battern matches, but how do I know for sure that it will fit the spot and I wont have to do any trimming to prevent wheel rub?

Secondly, offsets, how do I read them and what is my stock offset?

Your stock offset should be around 12mm. And you should have no problem with that size, I went from a stock 225/70R14 to a 225/60R16 with no issues at all.
