I’m looking to get a new set of tires here shortly because my 285/75/16 Cooper Discoveries SST’s are starting to look like drag slicks. I really love these tires but I’m looking for something different. I do about 80 percent on road driving so tire longevity is important but I’m also interested in off road performance. I live in Florida so I need something that is good is sand and slick mud. I’m not worried about road noise or a rough ride. I’m planning on getting a set of load range D or E because I do a lot of towing and hauling things. I’ve been thinking about a set of maxxis bighorns or buckshots or general at2 because they are so cheap but I’m open to all suggestions.
