DC-1 black question

I dont have the opapers for my wheels anymore. I dont want who ever installs my new tires to screw my rims up.

Do they have to remove the little outside lugs to take off and put on the new tire?
I thought I saw when I got them you had to put them on after the tire then balance it

Yes you have to remove the screws in the wheels before dismounting the tires or mounting the tires.
