ballancing issues
need help asap, leaving to get an alignment in about 10 minutes, and i'm not sure if i should get them to ballance my tires at the same time... i just put 33x12.5 on 15x10's on my truck, when i mounted them, we used a bubble ballancer, and they took about 5 oz each, total, (split between inside and out) should i pay to get them re-ballanced on a spin ballancer (computer) or should i just break the bead and toss a handful of sand in there (it works similar to dyna beads)
please quick with your answers if you can be, i'm leaving in about 10 minutes

i dont know of any shops that advertise the force match, but its available on a lot of machines. make sure they set it to a "passenger car tire" because if they set it to truck tires (i know they are LT tires) the truck tire setting allows up to 55lbs or something like that of out of round (not sure how its calculated) and the car setting is only 25. I have all my KM2s below 25 and the truck rides wonderfully.

They are also a cheap *** brand. Every 31-33" tire I have had has balanced out smooth as glass. My 35" KM2s are the same way except one has a slight shake around 45mph.

i went to the tire shop, they charged me $60 to ballance the tires, and he tells me that when they did it, the tires was bouncing up and down, and side to side and that they are balanced but will still wobble, and that i have to break the bead and spin the tire on the rim, then re-ballance them, but he saw no reason to call me and tell me this, so he balanced them and charged me anyways
so i *****ed and *****ed and finally he realized how dumb he looked infront of his other customers who were now standing behind me listening to our arguement, and said "**** it, it's not worth arguing about it" and crossed the balancing off of the invoice...
but i didn't get a report on the alignment, nor did he say if he had to adjust anything or anything, so i'm wondering if he even did anything...

Every place I've gone to has this. Next time you go to a shop, make sure they have the proper equipment for the job. Sounds like buddy did an alignment by eye...LOL

went back to complain and the guy and i got into a big arguement, he claimed that he only adjusted the toe, which was slightly out (he also told me this on the phone when i called him that day) and that nothing he did would cause it to pull, and the alignment couldn't have caused the pull, and that it wouldn't have fixed it if it was pulling before it went in and all this, he finally asked what i wanted from him, to which i replied my money back, and he handed me a 100$ bill
he then proceeded to tell me to never call his mechanic a ****ing retard again (sorry, i'm truthful...) i walked away after a few more words, and the same ****ing retart mechanic came running out to yell at me and tell me "you can't come back here anymore" to which i replied "trust me, i won't ever!"
i mean, come on, i like my brake lines intact... i've got an appointment with another place who promises that any pulling will be corrected, and the tires will be ballanced perfectly, and if there are further issues, they will keep working on it till it's fixed for a cost of 99.95 for the alignment, and 16 a tire for the ballancing
