Yokohoma Geolander A/T-S 33" 12.50 X 15 PICS PLEASE
Well it's definatly time for new rubber. My BFG's are bald, blew one with cords showing a couple days ago. Regretfully I needed to throw on a couple of 235's on the front and placed my two remaining 33's on the rear until I can get new tires. It has been a hilarious hunting season not wanting to wreck my front end will trying to make through the simplest of mud holes, slipping and sliding like I have racing slicks on.
Anyway, was never a fan of my BFGs and I am looking at either Goodyear Duratracs or Yokohoma Geolanders AT-S's 33x 12.50 x 15.
I have a 3" body and the T-bars are cranked. I am torn because I love the look of the Duratracs on the Ranger and I hear they have great performance. My old man runs Yoko's on his Dakota and it blows me away the traction they have in some pretty crappy stuff.
I live in North Western Ontario, and I am a avid hunter so I want good allterrains that can get me past where most guys would turn around. We get all varieties of muddy conditions and of course in the winter we get TONS of snow!
I was hoping some people on here have some 33' GEOLANDER A/T-S tires they can show me some pics of. I know being 33' they will look a bit more rugged than the stock size my old man runs. I don't want to see any mudterrains because I don't need that aggressive. I want life out of my tires too!
Thanks look forward to seeing the pics!

Totally agree, my old man has been running them on his dakota and they have been great. Never a question of traction on ice or snow and don't think mud has every stopped him...getting hung up has but.. not mud. Still torn, I love the looks of the duratracs!

Both tires handle really well. My old 31s were Geolanders did great in rain, snow and pavement, but they really sucked in the mud and on rocks. Only got 25,000 miles on them before they were bald.
I'm loving the Duratracs I now have on the truck they handle well and have traction in everything I have put them in. Already have 10,000 miles on them and they still look new. And they're aggressive without the noisy/horrible ride.

Wildpeaks. Best tire ive ran on the truck yet, and ive had 6 brands on there in 2 years.
wear after 10,000km and a 3000km road trip. 4 offroad sessions on them
and they take my 2wd LS through this kind of stuff.
I love them, and will probably buy a second set. Had BFG's and no comparison.

if money isn't an issue get the mickey thompason baja atz's. they're the best AT tire there is. they have the deepest tread for an AT at 20/32" according to their website for a 33 1250 15. they will last you at least 60,000 miles and you will have traction everywhere. had them on my dodge and loved them!!
tread depth
285 75 16 mickey thompson's compared to 265 75 16 bald firestones
