Need Some Advice

Currently i'm running 33'' bfg km's(not km2) on 15x8 steel rims.

since i've bought a house, i'm driving a lot more than previous, so the bfgs need to be sold for a better tire.

i'm probably going to go with the falken wildpeak/rocky mountain ats.

but i'm wondering about my rims.

would it be worth while to swap my rims out for lighter ones? the steelies weigh in at like 26 pounds i found online.

and the same size alloy ones say 19 pounds online.

i've had my steelies for a few years and probably going to start rusting soon and i'd like a new setup.

If you're getting new tires, I think your truck would look perfect with 32s and the difference in the weight of the wheel will definitely be noticeable even when you pick them up.

yeah the 33's of the wild peak are like 32.6 so it will be pretty close to what i have now.

they weigh less than the kms so that will help too.

the weight difference doesn't seem like much, but there like 26% lighter than steelies, which would def help out. just wanted some more opinions.

My spare is a 15x8 steel rim w/ 33x12.5 tire and it is way heavier then my 15x10 alluminum ones I have on the truck--Huge difference imo.
