35s with 5" lift

I have a 2000 ford ranger with a RCD 5" lift and 33x12.50 Mickey Thompson Mtzs. In a few months, i will be getting new rims and tires. For rims, im going to get some 20" Rockstar xd series rims and for tires, im not sure but they will be either 33s or 35s. My question is, will 35s and 20s fit with just a 5" lift and the front coil overs turned up?

I take it that it is not going off the pavement....so yes as long as you flex on something no greater than a curb, you should be fine.

35's and 20's imo. Can you even get 33's in a 20 inch rim?

Get the 35's with the 20's but unless you get blank Rockstars and have them drilled to match our lug pattern you're not going to be running Rockstars.

Ok thanks guys. 35s it is. In the future, im going to get a 3 in BL and run 37s and 20s. Im looking for a 5 or 8 spoke chrome wheel. Do yall have any ideas and what width and backspacing should i get to make the tires stick out some from the truck?

3-4" of backspacing will make them stick out a bit.

my wheels have like 3.5" of backspacing i think my tires are about 3" outside of the front fenders. maybe a bit less.

Im not a fan of black wheels. I like chrome a lot better. The only thing with the rockstars, is that they have a 5.17 backspacing and the Hoss rims have a 4.5 backspacing and i want my tires to stick out about an inch past my fender flares.

Dude you're going to HATE buying offroad wheels for our truck that are large. Seriously, go to 4wheelparts and find about ten sets of wheels that you like then call them up and watch every single one get shot down. It took me ten tries to finally get 17x9 pro comp 6007

I really like them and they're SUPER easy to clean

I love those, I'm planning on getting some of those in a 18x9 next summer for my truck.
