Icon5 Removing Caps

What is the best way to remove the center caps w/o scratching my soft 8's?

I tried a flat had screw driver with electrical tape around it and still scratched it to bare metal. I just dont want bare metal for the winter and you could only guess what happens after.

Here are the cap I'm talking about...

i use a small pry bar with a piece of cardboard under it.

doesnt the stock jack handle have a front tip that lets you get it off to get to ur lugs?

Never thought of that, I was thinking of a plastic nylon pry bar but I think it would break...

I had closed lugs before

then check what size the slip is a flat head screw driver should do

I use a 36" long craftsman prybar. Just use a rag or something to protect the wheel if you slip.

the stock jack bar works every time, has a rubber cover on it

^^^ you should^^^ if not just use a screw driver with a rag...
