Load rating question

I've read quite a bit on here about making sure to get a tire with the correct load rating for optimum ride comfort.

One of the tires we're looking at is a Goodyear MT 31X10.50R15C1 109Q W.

I'm good with the numbers/letters up to the C1. Is the C the load rating?

The tire should be marked in a separate area and say "LOAD RANGE x"
The 'x' being a letter rating , from a to e.
