What other cars share the same lug pattern as the rangers?

Mustang, Crown Victoria, Grand Marquis, Explorer/Sport Trac, Mountaineer, Aviator, Jeep Wrangler off the top of my head.

bolt pattern is 5x4.5.

Backspacing: The distance from the wheel mounting surface to the back plane of the wheel. Commonly in inches (SAE)
Offset: The distance from the wheel mounting surface to wheel centerline. Commonly in millimetres (Metric)
1"=25.4mm

Factory wheels that will fit on the ranger.
Ranger bolt pattern is 5 on 4.5", 5 on 114.3mm

Hmmm... maybe I need to find some rims off a 78 Chrysler Cordoba.
- too bad I already have leather since the ‘fine Corinthian leather’ that Ricardo Montoban was pushing in those days was sweet.
