Hi, all this This is a question about ranger rims with a 5.5 or 6 inch back spacing preferably 14 inch. I built a trike with a narrowed ranger rim with 5x4.5 bolt pattern. Id like to move the wheels in at least an inch as now im at a stock 14 inch rim size.. Ive searched but just can seem to find what im looking for or maybe just maybe im not bright enough .. Any help with info would be greatly appreciated.

 

ok few questions
1. Do you want new wheels? I recently bought some wheels that needed some work off craigslist, paid $80 for all 4, they are 15/10 wheels, they are really wide and on top of that they stick out like a.... Well guess id better not say that or i might get banned

2. steel or alloy? The type of wheels depend on the price

3. Do you have to get 14s thats pretty small and not as common as 15s or 16s, be easier to find those

4. have you considered spacers? If you want 1 inch backspacing, spacers would be cheaper

 

I really do not want more that a 6 or 7inch wide. Spacers would push wheel out further from inside im looking to get the tires move in closer to frame. I also have a height to deal with .If i raise the rear height then i throw my steering trail off... I would use 15s if i could match tire height. Do not care if custom or not
