okay I just measured some rims I had on my previous vehicle and just want to make sure. More backspace means more tucked in correct? The rims have 6 inches of backspace. I want my tires to stick out a bit so these are a no go?

yes. more BS = sucked in more. 6" is a lot lol you want a rim with 3.75" or 4" BS

 

stock is 4.5" bs 3.75 with a -19os is common with procomp 15x8's, but micky thompsons ive seen down to almost 3" and they would work aswell.

 

the rims I ordered are 15x10 with 3.625 BS
