Just got a set of Mickey Thompson Baja MTX mounted up this afternoon. I know this thread is useless without pictures, but I'll have to post them up later. I'm waiting for class to start, I have a test in about 5 minutes!

You going to the dunes with us in May, I just noticed your SIG

 

I'm going this Saturday, first day the dunes are open for the summer! I can't say for sure if I'll be able to make it for the meet in May, as I have full time engineering classes over the summer. But I'd really love to, and it's only an hour or so drive for me... I'm really excited for the dunes though with these new tires!

 

Why not 33's

 

Well basically, I didn't really want to stuff those 33s in there, didn't want to deal with any rubbing (what little there may have been). But these are about 100% better than my old stock tires and I don't have to deal with any rubbing at all. I'm happy with the 32's.

Maybe I'll wish I went bigger, but I think I'll end up being pretty happy with these.

Sweet, you plan on getting different wheels? Wider rims would make those tires look alot bigger!
