New tires: Nittos

Well I got some new meats today. They are 295/75-16 Nitto Terra Grapplers.

So far I am very happy with the looks. I drove them on the highway today and they are quite so I am happy with that too.

I only have one pic but will get a ton tomorrow. Needless to say I am thrilled with my new purchase.

i hate to be the first one to clown and it could very well be the angle of the pic, but those treads dont look like they are spaced that widely and look more like a street tire than an a/t

in my book...if it's an all terrain, it IS a street tire. lol.

found a close up

still relativley unimpressed considering how dope the other offerings from nitto are. Ive seen generic tires with more agreesive a/t tread patterns than those

but theyre nittos, they have alot more engineering and quality than generic a/ts. my boss has these tires and if i had the money and 16" rims i would have these on my truck

I have done my research and have come to the conclusion that Nitto makes a great tire.

i used to have the nitto 555s and 555r's on my old car and was very impressed, especially on the wear of the drag radials. nitto is a great company in my opinion

Why would you want an aggressive all terrain? If you want aggressive get a mud terrain...

they're pretty aggressive compared to procomp at's and the beloved BFGs. but yea, like someone said. if you want extreme don't be a poon and buy a tire that'll be quiet on the street but still 'look' mean, buy a tire that will perform

I liked the ones i had, they seemed to work pretty good in the mud, but thats all i was really into when i still had them. I wasn't impressed with the tread life they were experiencing though, they're really soft

Jake, looks good bro, you've been needing them for a while now. You, Ory and I need to do a G2G and do some more work to the trucks!
