New tires and wheels...a few questions. 31s

I ordered a set of 31x10.5x15 General Grabber AT2 tires and a set of Cragar Soft 8 15x8 wheels (3.75 backspacing) to put on my '03 4x4 XLT/FX4 Ranger. Couple questions/opinions I would like to ask before I get the tires mounted on the wheels. I compared tire brands and sizes a lot and decided to go with this combo.

Do you prefer white letters out or hidden? The wheels obviously are black and I don't plan to run the center caps on the wheels...just think it look better that way. I kinda like the white letters out but with all black wheels I'm not 100% sure it would look right.

What tire pressure do you guys with 31" all terrains run? Just a standard 32-35 psi? Mostly road driving here, occasional playing off road and boat towing during the summer. The front end with the torsion bars already rides like a lumber cart so I'm not too worried...haha.

Wheel weights for balancing....can they be put on the inside of the Soft 8s? I'd much rather have them that way if possible instead of silver colored wheel weights standing out on a black wheel and tire on the outside.

Do any of you have locking lug nuts? I thought about buying a set of 4 but any good brands or considerations?

Thanks for the thoughts and opinions. Tires and wheels should be here this week and of course I'll post up some pics.

white letters to the inside, air pressure depends...if im running empty, posted doorjamb pressure. (about 30) loaded, i fully inflate to the max pressure shown on the tire. balancing- id rather it be fully balanced, you could take model paint and cover the lead weights quite easily, wouldnt be noticeable unless you are very close. no to locking lug nuts, but if i did id go with mcguard, its the brand i use with the regular lugs, and theyve held up through several winters without rusting or peeling. ive recently gotton new tires/wheels, waiting on it to warm up so i can go through the front end, grease bearings and put them on, heres the thread on mine:

i didnt notice until i got them home that they had only used weights on the inside of the tire/wheel, i hadnt said anything, just assumed they would do a traditional "full balance" hope they dont vibrate on me or i will take them somewhere and get it done. you might consider doing one thing ive done to mine, where the center section of the rim joins the outer rimshell, run a bead of black rtv in that seam, thats the first place rust will want to creep out from.

I run a similar setup on my truck (Grabber HTS w/ Black Summit D-windows) and i love how the white letters compliment the black wheels and chrome center caps/lugs.

Pressure: i run around 35 psi all around, since my ranger is a street truck

Balancing Weights: My shop installed the stick on weights on the inside of the wheels, and ive put about 1000 miles on the new tires without any noticeable changes in balance. Feels as good as the day i installed them.

Wheels Locks: McGard. nuff said. Except no substitutes. The kit for our thread pattern is around $42 with locks, lugs, and chrome valve stems. (#84530)
