lots of shaking
just got a set of used tires, 2 are one kind and the same with the other 2, truck drove fine before, and after i think, then today i get on the interstate for the first time with them and get up to about 60-70 and the steering wheel shakes bad, along with the whole truck, im almost positive its the tires, maybe im just being paranoid, i don't know, u guys have any suggestions....

will do, they were supposed to balance them at the used tire place, but after i left i noticed the weights that were on 2 of the tires had been moved a few inches, and 2 of the wheels had no weights on them at all....
i do recall them saying something about "bounce" balancing...

a roadforce balance isnt always cheap and takes about an hour or two. about the only time we roadforce at our shop is when the alignment specs are good and the vehicle still wants to pull. i think "bounce balancing" might be like a bubble balance which is pretty much useless on a radial tire. trust me i work at a tire shop ive prolly done a million sets lol
