I was lookin to buy a set wheel from Eagle but wheel are already on a Dodge Ram and its 245/75/16 with five hole.I don't know if wheel are universel and will fit on my 04 level II????Notice that I already have 245/75/16 with five hole on my ranger but it is on stock wheel.

If you're asking if Dodge Ram wheels will fit on a Ranger, NO, not UNLESS you have wheel adapters.

 

However it's look very similar to fit there.Why did you say that will not fit???

 

Rangers are 5x4.5 lug pattern. Dodge Ram 1500's are for the most part, 5x5.5 lug pattern. You can buy those wheels,but they won't fit without wheel adapters.

 

Our trucks are 5x4.5 bolt pattern, and I think that dodges are 5x5.5 bolt pattern.
