I've looked on many sites and mags and I can't find anywhere where it says that 4wheelparts owns procomp. I thought explorer pro comp owned pro comp. If 4wheelparts owns procomp, then why do they sell many other different kinds of tires?
If they don't own it...then the scam bust is not really a bust. Its 4wheelparts that marking up and lowering prices, not procomp

see the piont of the post was to say you dont get a "Free tire" being a normal single price of the 32's are $138.99 and the savings is $57.97 dollars that doesnt look like it equals out to a "free tire" and if you acully read my FIRST post i sayed you DO save some money i was NOT denying that, and it was also to PROVE that they raise the individual price during the "sale" higher from when its not on sale....so idk what your problem is really....

add in free shipping and no tax and you do get the equivelent of a free tire. multiplication and subtraction should not be confusing. i included all factors like shipping and tax. for the selected set of tires the savings were 8dollars short of a free tire at the "sale" price, but 154 is over the savings of a tire at the regular price. so you do get a free tire.just saving some folks $100+

Free shipping isn't hard to get, so you can't take off X dollars for free shipping. Simple math shows that you don't get a free tire. Oh and also, when you used to buy 4 they had free mounting and balancing or something, they don't offer that on the price, so you pay extra fifty.

well i just talked to sean over at my local 4wheel parts store on the phone. and did the checkout on their website as well. to go along with my previous example...4WP is giving a $50 gift card along with the 74.99 saved on my example. so that definitly is a free tire.
