go with a 30x9.5... its about an inch to inch and a half bigger. i'll never have another set of a/t's especially not bfg a/t's... they're garbage. rock an m/t or an agressive a/t if you're only going for looks. the yokohama geolandar a/t is an outstanding a/t in a 30x9.5. had a set on my jeep before i lifted it and never once got stuck. just throwing out my .02

the destination m/t's that i've got are AMAZING in the rain/ice/snow. even in the mud. i haven't been able to break them loose unless i actually try. i've also heard great things about cooper stt's and definity m/t's from pep boys. all of the above listed are offered in an *** of sizes so there should be no problem finding what you want.
do a google image search of the tires i listed and see what you like. all are fairly inexpensive in comparison to other brand m/t's.
bfg m/t's are nice looking, but i've pulled out more ppl that are stuck with bfg's than any other tire. aside from the bfg km2.
