Rear Drum Brakes

Hello. I'm not sure if this is the correct section, but I have issues with the rear brakes.
They are squealing non stop and I need to get the replaced. The Auto store has 2 different sizes for my truck. 9" or 10" rear end.
I am not sure how to figure this out.
I have a 1999 Ranger 4.0 V6 4x4 with the extended suicide doors. It also has a 3" lift.

I'ts a long shot, but I am not sure if I will need new drums also or repair the ones I have. I do know that I need to get the brakes done in the next day or two.
Can anyone give me some advice?
Thanks in advance.

Dave

Take your wheels off.. measure the drum. Looking at a picture on Rockauto.. it says the outer diameter of the 9" drums is 10.59" and outer diameter of the 10" drums is 11.73". That should help you determine which ones you have.
