The problem isn't the backspacin or the bolt pattern, it will be that the hub hole is too small to fit over the Ranger hub...............
I've got Jeep Wrangler wheels on my 93 Ranger, fit great on the rear, but I had to bore em out to clear the front hubs, and then I used some aftermarket push-through center caps. My Wrangler wheels hub hole was cone shaped, as it was large enough for the hub to start into, but narrowed down & wouldn't mount, so I took em to a machine shop & had em bored out after we checked to make sure that the integrity of the wheel wouldn't be lost & dangerous. I've looked at those style of Jeep wheels with this in mind and didn't think there was enough material to bore em out & maintain the integrity of the wheel along with the looks.
