What offset/backspacing do i need to get my tires a lil past flush with flares on a 03 with 15x8 or 15x10? Ive been running 33x12.50r15 on stock explorer 15x7 wheels, here in pa if your tires stick out to far past the fender you get a fine, so i can only have them stick out maybe 1" or less out past the flare.
