Wheel fitment question

So I purchased some Crager Soft 8 15 x 8 rims for my 03 ranger edge 2 wheel drive which I will be mounting 31s on, but my question is I noticed that the center bore hole has a lot larger inner diameter than the outer diameter of the hub and I know they do this so these wheels will fit multiple applications but does this hub actually support some weight of the vehicle or will I be ok just putting the wheel on and securing it with lug nuts. Any input would be great. Thank you

Because most of these steel wheels are stamped not machined, the only part that is actually machined to a high tolerance is the lug holes. This is why they call them "lugcentric" instead of hubcentric.

The hub has zero function in supporting the weight of the vehicle, the connection to the vehicle is created by the bolts being tightened against the wheel.
