Stock Wheels with Spindle Lift?

Stock Wheels with Spindle Lift?

I have a 98 Ranger sitting at stock height but for Christmas i am getting it lifted spindle and coil spacer. Will i be able to put my stock wheels back on they are the Ford aluminum factory D windows that are 16x7?

Yes, but how wide of a tire are you going with?

Good, i just wanted to be certain. I didn't want to do the whole lift and then i can't get my wheels back on lol

You'll be fine, but go with some 285's at least...

You'll have lots of clearance.

im selling my tires and wheels. should be ready to sell tomorrow or this weekend. all depends on if i sell this car at the house. if your interested let me know

Yes, I have 32's with 5.5" of lift and wish that I had a larger tire. I assume that you are going with 5" of total lift, so 32's would be fine. Your stock wheels will work with the 285's which are about 32's.

sweet, i had thought about doing that originally but kinda started thinking a little different.
Yeah 3" spindles with a 1 1/2" coil spacer
i really wanna go as big as i can to begin with so i don't regret it later

are those the M/T classic II's? It looks like a huge offset on the wheels that are on that truck

I believe they are Eagle Alloys, but basically the same design as the MT's. They probably have a 3.75 backspace or so. Here's his cardomain, http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2247686
