will 10.5" wheels fit 10" rims?
will these sizes fit together??.. and will a shop accept this if it is considered unsafe?

EDIT: sorry i meant 9"rim

that is a really really bad idea... like yeah i dont recommend it bad and im pretty sure the tire tell you not to too
