Hey all, so I ordered some 35X12.5R17 KM2s for the 150 last month, 4wp gave me an awesome price (1100), so i couldnt resist.. However, they said they were on backorder by would get to my house by the middle of this month.. cool, not a problem. then my mom gets a phone call a few days ago saying they wont be in until the 15th of Feb?!

Im not TOTALLY pi$$ed since i am in afghanistan but comon! almost 2 months for tires?

I was thinking about syaing F it and canceling the order and going withs oemthing different but i think ill just stick it out.

 

km2's are always backordered, like since before they even came out.

 

No point in cancelling them if your not even going to be back until then and your happy with the price.

 

That's what I did last year. I had everything set up and my BFGs were on order... then found out they weren't going to be available for 60-90 days. They seem to always be backordered!

I'm happy they were though now, much happier with the Duratracs!

 

yeah, i was thinking about going with duratracs instead, but i think i will do too much mudding to warrant them.. And thanks Trent! How do you like yours? DO you have any rubbing ?

 

I love them. I think I'm going to get a huge rear decal that says "NO THEY DON'T RUB", I swear I get asked that everyday haha.

Its super close though, like 1/4 of an inch maybe. If theres any kind of flex going on when I'm having to turn you can hear it rubbing the control arm.

I don't think you would be happy with the Duratrac or something less aggressive than a mud tire. Just from what I've seen you do the Ranger and talk about.

lol, yeah you are right.. And i talked to the Fiance about it and she said that I have to get the tires so i can get the lift and gears/lockers so i am happy and she doesnt have to listen to me ***** lol

lol yep! And i think the fact i just spent like 1500 on a new ring for her helps a little haha

 

haha Duratracs aren't any better as far as ordering. they are back ordered till February also.
