Actualy, 31x10.5.15 are too big with out a lift so the bigest you can go is 30x9.5x15 with NO rubbing and no lift

lazler has an 2wd edge so it sits higher than OP's truck. 30x9.5 would be a good bet but i do believe my next door neighbor is running 31x10.5 on his 98 2wd

do they look better then stock? i just want a little height using the tires instead of lifting it...looking for one or two inches with the tires, maybe more

I have a 2wd also, non sport, 30x9.5x15 is a great choice, fill in the wheel wells nicely, 31's would probably look a bit odd.

But if you lift it like I did after, 30's look a tad small.

IMO they look better than stock i didnt lift my truck at all, but i did notice the gas mileage being worse but not by much. (most of the time my truck never got great mileage) if i can remember how i post a picture of my truck.

check out a local junkyard. i just went to one and i found decent firestone courser mt's (31x10.5-15), $150 for the se. they have about 80% tread left and the wheels they are on are from a jeep, they haven the exact same bolt pattern, and they're aluminum. the rims are $100

sound like a good deal?
