ultra boring teaser lol

been doing alot of commuting over a curvy pass so i'm doing the stud mod! wooohooo! lol. never ran them before ever but winter in portland is supposed to(well is)be worse than normal.

just throwing these on the rear and throwing some sand bags in the back

hankook rw07

not a bad lookin tire and most our customers have noticed they are pretty quiet for studs. gonna sipe my front tires up while i'm at it. should get them on our saturday freight truck. figure it's worth my $154 for the pair to be alittle safer

I found sometimes the studs in snow/ice to be worse than no studs, the real trick being the amount of weight in the rear.

I have only used studs on my truck once. I had mud terrains on the Ranger and had them siped and studded. They rocked on snow and ice. But I wouldn't ever run studded tires on just the drive axle, seems stupid to me. It is going to help you get moving but do absolutely nothing to help steering and braking. Just get all four.
