I have an 2008 FX4 with the stock 16 inch rims. I can't find how wide they are. the reason I ask is because I am going to get the superlift suspension lift and I am going to put 33's on it, but I dont know if I should go with 12.5 or 11.5. Im thinking 11.5 even though I really rather have the 12.5 for that extra inch in width. It looks cooler to me, if it will fit right.

I'm sure you can make them fit... they'll looked pretty bulged on the rims and the wheels themselves will look too far in the truck unless you get some spacers on there!

 

yeah get new wheels if your gonna go with 12.5s. if money is the problem (doesnt sound like it is), then just get some black steelies

 

i think that even with the superlift the stock wheels and 12.5 tires will rub in the fender

 

Thanks guys. I know this may sound lame, but I really like the look of the factory rims. I want to keep anything that reads "ford" or "ranger"....minus mud flaps, but I don't want bulging tires more then I want the rims.
