Another stupid tire question

Hey guys, just registered so take it easy......great site!

Question for you:

I am looking at buying a set of Goodyear DuraTrac 31X10.5-15 C Tires for my Ranger and the guy said that if my rims were a 7 that they would fit. My truck is a 1993 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L 4x4 with stock rims. Are they 7's and will these tires fit? I'm purchasing online through TireRack and need to know for sure prior to purchase.

Also, is there any requirement to crank the T-Bar when installing these? If so, how much?

Thanks in advance, trying to get the truck ready for hunting season!

im almost sure your wheels are 7 inches wide, so yes those tires will fit the rims. also, you truck being a 93, you dont have torsion bars to crank, you have coil springs in the front. if you want to level the truck and have more clearance for tires you can get coil spacers or longer coils to lift the front end a couple inches. hope that helps, and welcome!!

i have the exact same truck as you and yes they will fit with no lift. the rims are 7" wide.. i had a set of 31x10.5x15 All Terrain on explorer rims on my truck all last winter and it was fine, no rubbing.. here's a pic of my truck with the 31's just to show you.
