i bought these wheels and tires for $100 with 31/10.5/r15 wild country radial rtx or something like that and they have about 1/4 inch of tread left. any way trying to figure out what wheels these are. the center caps say ultra but i couldn't find them.

They look like a polished version of the American Eagle Type 117.
