wheel tire fitment question

So Im getting a decent tax refund and I plan on using it on new wheels and tires.

Im looking at the Procomp series 8069, they are 3.75 inch backspacing, is that okay? I dont know much about backspacing and such.

The tires Im going to go with are goodyear MTR 33 x 12.5 x 15

From the research ive done on here I know the rubbing should be minimal at best for my truck, 06 sport 4x4, maxed t-bars and chevy shackles on back.

My main concern is the backspacing, if that wont work, what should i look for then, my 2nd choice on wheels would be just the 8 hole steelies that are on summit for cheap

Thanks

edit - these are my 2nd choice http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku soft 8, 15x8, 4 inch backspace

Your going to have to trim the valance, you'll rub the inner fenders as well. The 12.5s is what kills it, the 3.75 backspacing doesn't help much either. I would go for 33x10.5s
