Will these rims fit?
will these fit on my 2007 ford ranger?

it says the bolt pattern is 5x114.3, same as rangers, they should bolt on

i'd say talk him down another hundo or so.

31's for a 15" wheel are pretty cheap/ and those wheels look pretty cheesy.
price out a new set and see what they're worth then go from there.

Those wheels are hideous! I wouldn't pay more than 80% (of new) for the price of the tires, and nothing for those horrid wheels.

Thanks for all the advice so far. The wheels aren't my taste but those are the tires I want.

Looks like i will keep on looking.
