just do the body lift.. im 18 and really not mechanically inclined and got help from a friend (who also isn't inclined) and was a 3 day job and that was only because it took me one day to remove one of the original mounts.. it was completely locktite'd in and the bolt snapped so i had to saw the bottom part of the mount off.. with a dremel.. loads of fun. then had to order a new one..

anyway with enough tools you should be able to do it.. just bribe enough friends to come over with food or something.

PS when i say not mechanically inclined i mean like i didn't know what a torx screw was until the day i did the lift.. so that should give you an idea.

I have done everything on my ranger myself with my dad, spindle lift, blocks aal's pulled blocks aal's, did the brakes, changed beds, fiberglass fenders..took a bodylift off a 81 gmc in about 6 hrs, it is very easy.

Out of everything I have done, I would say the body lift is super easy, just watch to make sure you don't need to extend stuff, or the things you do need to extend make srue it gets done.
