2007 Ranger With 33x12.5, want a 3" body lift and still want to tow. Input?

I guy I'm new here and I have a question about my 2007 fx4 ranger.
I think to put a 3inch lift kit with 33x12.5 tire but I have a 21'' trailers and it's weight is approximatly 3800lbs.

Do you think it's okay to towing it ???

if you have a trailer hitch and 4.0 you'll be fine rangers are rated around 5000pds for towing

it will pull it but your drivetrain will hate you for it. with stock gearing and 33;s it will struggle a bit more. if you plan on pulling it often i would consider re gearing.

If you tow often I would defiantly consider re-gearing to 4.56s when you go to 33s

I'm body lifted with 33s with 4.10 gears and a 4.0 with 190k and I haul a 5x8 landscaping trailer fully loaded 5 days a week with a 48" Gravely and a 32" World Lawn and all the other necessities for mowing. It pulls it fine but you can tell at times the drivetrian hates me especially when I have a bed full of grass. Buuutttt Its all I have right now.

I have to agree with the regear.

It will be so much better in the long run.

I can't wait to get new gears under mine.

I towed it 35 miles all highway and it was a dog to get started but once I was going I was fine. Stopping took a little longer as well. lol
