I have carried heavy loads with my body lift and was fine. Just make sure you put in those little rectangle things that come with the kit for the bed.

yea if you put the spacers under the bed 'cross member' to where it reinforces the bed you should be fine.. I never put them under my '94's bed and I carried a pallet of sod and it never did anything, but I wouldn't suggest that...

But you gotta think, you would PROBABLY exceed the payload capacity before you'd bend the bed... but DO NOT take my word on that lol

I never put those things in either, I wish I could but dont have a welder. If i find someone who welds what do I tell him to do? just weld them to the frame and the bed? Anyone have a pic of theirs?

I did not weld the spacers in either. Most of them fit so tight in there that they are not gonna fall out. There was on that was loose so I just put some JB weld on it to hold. Worked great.

Payload for the stock Ranger is around 1500 isnt it? Ive had close to that in the bed of my 04 before. It was bricks and concrete bags for a friends driveway. Probably had 1200 lbs in there and was a little sagging but it did fine.

you have to put the middle one in backwards so the handlebars dont conflict but yeah, it can be done. much easier with a full size truck and an 8' bed though.

Going to put the R1 in the back of the truck and hang out at starbucks? lol

A bike will be fine in the bed with the body lift, without the spacers.

a bike will fit FINE in the bed with a body lift. I have had one in my bed before and im body lifted. JB Weld works decent...one of my little blocks moved and is barely on lol but thats from wheeling. i gotta fix that block.

When I have a heavy load I just grab the trailer. Its a pain in the butt loading anything in and out of the bed because of the height, and I dont even have a BL.
