Has anybody ever had any problems with putting body lifts on older rangers with not being able to get rusted bolts off?

If they are rusted just go buy a couple of cans of PB Blaster and soak them a few days before you do the install. Worst case you will have to cut/drill them out.

and idk about newer trucks, but mine and other people you have to drill out the front 2 bushings, or cut the bolt off with an angle grinder

I had to cut ALL the cab bolts cause the instructions said get a big pair of channel pliers and a friend to hold the threaded washer...unless you friend is superman its not going to happen.
